All of all 3 structures are going to need some work but the home appears to be habitable. The property is located on a dirt road. There is no electricity to either property. Prior owner used propane for gas and a generators for electricity. DISCLOSURE: The 5 acre parcel with the home & structures has a Subdivision Map Act Violation. Also, the home does not show up on the County Records. The parcels are being sold strictly "as is".
