Property Detail

Description

Cedar ceilings, a stone fireplace, and pines right outside the windows. This fully furnished Fawnskin cabin sits minutes from Big Bear Lakes north shore on land you own, not a Forest Service lease, and the sellers 5.99% VA loan is assumable, subject to lender approval and buyer qualification. The cabin has operated as a short-term rental, with income and expense details available on request, and the owner is available to help buyers interested in rental use through the transition to their own permit. Inside, a cedar-beamed great room is anchored by an electric fireplace in a stone surround, a reclaimed-wood feature wall and an antler chandelier. The bright white kitchen has brass fixtures and a gas range, and a built-in desk nook sits just off the living area. Both bedrooms are quiet places to unwind at the end of a mountain day, with the pines just outside the window. Outside, the screened porch looks into the trees, and the fenced backyard is made for long evenings. Soak in the hot tub, gather friends and family around the gas fire table under string lights, and stay out late stargazing through the pines. Come see the comfort, character, and outdoor living at 1166 Navajo.
